Lynnea integrates multiple therapeutic models to provide a personalized approach. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and Attachment Theory. She continues to pursue professional development to expand and deepen her clinical skills and expertise.
Lynnea earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from Eastern Washington University and her Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She has experience supporting adults and families through trauma, relational challenges, and personal growth work.
