Therapeutic Philosophy

Hannah brings an unconditional, caring, and collaborative approach to her work, supporting individuals as they navigate challenging circumstances and move toward a greater sense of self and well-being. She believes people do the best they can within the context of their experiences and resources, and that healing is nurtured within safe, compassionate, and trusting relationships. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive, person-centered environment where clients feel understood and empowered to grow toward their own wellness goals.

Clinical Focus

Hannah works with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, relationship and attachment challenges, inner conflict, depression, anxiety, self-compassion, grief, and life transitions. She helps clients develop a more harmonious and aligned relationship with themselves and the world. Through therapy, clients may build healthy coping skills, deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotion regulation and communication, and cultivate more meaningful and connected relationships.

Therapeutic Approach

Hannah utilizes attachment-based therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), integrating creative, somatic, mindful, and nature-based practices as appropriate. She is trained in EMDR, including group and recent trauma protocols (G-TEP and R-TEP).

Education & Experience

Hannah holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oregon State University–Cascades and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with experience supporting clients across developmental stages and diverse challenges.

Personal Life

In her free time, Hannah enjoys being outdoors and staying active, spending time with her husband and their dog, and nurturing her creativity through art, reading, and cooking.
